Khazamula has two main divisions.
The Property Development Division is focused on the development of new shopping centres. The key activities include developing the property schemes to bankable feasibility and implementation.
The Asset Management Division is focused on the management of the investment portfolio, acquisition of existing shopping centres, tenant retention and upgrades. The Asset Management Division also manages the dedicated Rental Collection and Property maintenance agents.
